Gentle, practical conversations to help you think differently and move forward.
NLP coaching draws on Neuro-Linguistic Programming — a set of practical tools developed in the 1970s for working with language, thinking patterns and behaviour. In a coaching context it isn’t a treatment or a therapy. It’s a way of paying close attention to how you talk to yourself, the stories and assumptions you carry, and the small habits of thinking that shape how you respond. The focus is firmly forward-looking: clarifying what you actually want, and finding workable ways to move towards it.
In practice, that means noticing the language and patterns that keep you stuck, gently reframing them, and trying out new perspectives. It’s worth being honest: the scientific evidence for NLP is genuinely debated, and it shouldn’t be presented as a proven cure for anything. What many people find useful is its toolkit of questions, reframes and goal-setting techniques — a structured, supportive way to think things through.
Sessions are collaborative and led by you. There’s no script to follow — just a focused conversation, in person in London or online, around what matters to you right now.
Many people find these shifts helpful, though everyone’s experience is different.
This is for people at a crossroads, or anyone who senses they’re ready for change but keeps running into the same patterns. It can suit you if you have a goal in mind, a decision to make, or a stuck feeling you’d like to work through with someone alongside you. It is not a substitute for clinical mental-health care, and isn’t intended for people who need that kind of support.
Coaching is not therapy, counselling or medical treatment, and NLP coaching isn’t designed to diagnose or treat any health condition. If you’re living with a mental-health condition, or anything that feels beyond everyday challenges, please speak to your GP or an appropriate qualified professional — coaching can sit alongside that, but not replace it. Sessions are always collaborative, confidential and led by you; you stay in control of the pace and the direction.
What is NLP exactly?
Neuro-Linguistic Programming is a toolkit of techniques for working with language, thinking patterns and goals. In coaching it’s used as a practical, structured way to gain clarity and try new perspectives — not as a medical therapy.
Is this therapy?
No. This is coaching: forward-looking and goal-focused, not clinical treatment for mental-health conditions. If you need therapy or medical care, it’s best to see a suitably qualified professional.
How many sessions will I need?
That’s entirely up to you and what you’d like to work on. Some people come for a single conversation; others prefer a short series. We can agree what feels right together.
Online or in person?
Both. Sessions are available in person in London or online by video, whichever suits you best.
NLP coaching is a goal-focused coaching service, not therapy or medical treatment, and does not diagnose or treat any condition. If you need clinical support, please consult your GP or a qualified professional.
