Meditation support

A practice that’s genuinely yours — small daily moments of calm that last.

What it is

This is personalised, one-to-one meditation support designed to help you build a practice that actually lasts — not another app to feel guilty about, and not a one-size-fits-all programme. Together we start from your real life: your schedule, your temperament, and what tends to get in the way. From there we shape something simple enough to return to on the busy days as well as the quiet ones.

The aim is small and sustainable rather than ambitious and abandoned. A few unhurried minutes, woven into your day in a way that feels natural, tends to do far more over time than an occasional long sitting. Tina meets you where you are and helps you build gently from there, at a pace that fits.

What a session looks like

Sessions are warm, unhurried and entirely led by what you need. There’s no right way to do this and nothing to get ‘right’ — just space to explore what helps.

  • We begin with where you are now: how you’re feeling, what you’ve tried, and what you’re hoping for
  • You try a few simple techniques — conscious breathing, a gentle body scan, mantra, or everyday mindfulness
  • Together we design a realistic daily ritual that fits your life, however full it is
  • You leave with gentle accountability and a clear, kind next step — not a rigid regime
  • Available in person in London or online, whichever suits you best

How it can help

Many people who meditate regularly find it makes a quiet but real difference over time. With a consistent practice, you may notice:

  • Calmer, more settled days and an improved sense of wellbeing
  • Greater ease in relaxing and letting tension soften
  • Better focus, and a little more space between you and your reactions
  • Support for restful sleep, as a racing mind learns to slow
  • More steadiness when stress arrives — a place to return to
  • A practice that finally sticks, because it was built around your life

Who it’s for

This is for complete beginners, for anyone who’s convinced they ‘can’t meditate’ or ‘can’t switch off’, and for busy people who’ve never found the time. It’s equally for returning practitioners who’d like to rekindle something that lapsed. Wherever you’re starting from, you’re welcome exactly as you are.

Good to know

Meditation can be a wonderful complement to looking after yourself, but it doesn’t replace medical or mental-health care — please keep up with your GP or therapist where relevant. Occasionally, slowing down can bring difficult feelings or memories to the surface. If that happens, the invitation is always to go gently, pause when you need to, and reach out for appropriate support. We move at your pace, never forcing anything.

Questions

I can’t switch my mind off — can I still do this?

Absolutely, and you’re in good company. Meditation isn’t about emptying your mind; it’s about learning to relate to a busy one more kindly. A wandering mind is normal, not a sign you’re doing it wrong.

How long do I need each day?

Far less than most people expect. We usually begin with just a few minutes — consistency matters more than length, and a short ritual you actually keep beats a long one you abandon.

Do I need an app or any special equipment?

No. Everything is tailored to you, in your own space. If a particular tool or recording would help, we can add it — but it’s never required.

Online or in person?

Either. Sessions are available in person in London or online, so you can choose whatever feels most comfortable and practical for you.
