Kundalini Yoga, meditation, gong relaxation, NLP coaching and hypnotherapy offered through this website are intended to support wellbeing, reflection and personal development. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care or emergency support.
No guaranteed outcomes
People respond differently to wellbeing practices, so no specific outcome can be guaranteed.
