TM4change is Tina Mullins' wellbeing practice, rooted in compassionate support, practical experience and a genuine commitment to helping people reconnect with their own inner resources.
Over the years, Tina has worked across business development, coaching and the addiction field while also developing her own practice as a Kundalini Yoga teacher, hypnotherapist and wellbeing guide. Her sessions are designed to feel steady, welcoming and free from judgement.
